RightOps Free End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of RightOps Free ("Software"), developed and distributed by MSK Development LLC.

1. License Grant

MSK Development LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use RightOps Free for personal, educational, or commercial purposes at no charge.

2. Ownership

RightOps Free is licensed, not sold. MSK Development LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including its source code, design, branding, graphics, and associated intellectual property.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute the Software.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
• Represent RightOps or any modified version as your own product.
• Use the Software in violation of applicable law.

4. Redistribution

You may not redistribute RightOps Free through third-party websites, software bundles, download services, or other distribution systems without prior written permission from MSK Development LLC.

You may link users to an official RightOps distribution location.

5. Administrative Functions

RightOps includes tools capable of launching programs, shells, and other Windows functionality with elevated privileges.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have authorization to perform administrative actions on any computer on which RightOps is used.

6. Data and Log Files

RightOps may create local configuration, diagnostic, and activity log files necessary for operation and troubleshooting.

7. Updates

MSK Development LLC may release updates, modifications, or new versions of RightOps. Features available in RightOps Free may change between versions.

8. No Warranty

RIGHTOPS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

MSK DEVELOPMENT LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY ENVIRONMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MSK DEVELOPMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE INSTALLATION, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE RIGHTOPS.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and exercising appropriate care when performing administrative operations.

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the Software.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MSK Development LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By installing or using RightOps Free, you agree to this Agreement.
